I went to this Service Canada at Tapscott to renew my passport. Since the office opens at 8:30, I was there at 7:30. There were already 2 people in line. At 8 am, the guard already opened the door & greeted us. At this time, we were 6 people. The guard was so nice, he asked what kind of service we were there for, gave sanitizer & masks. At exactly 8:30, the first 4 of us were seen, in an organize, safe manners. After 30 minutes, I was done.
