Got my battery changed, volume and bibrate switch stopped working. He insisted he did nothing wrong, told me to get apple report and he would fix if it can be fixed or replace the phone completely. This was a lie, I got the report, they said the damage he dis do and that it can't be fixed, needs to be replaced. He didnt change the battery the right way, and did not secure the new one down so that it doesnt shake around in my phone.
