Like all the other reviews that you will read, I also experienced the same thing. I bought three perfumes, aqua and thallium, from the store and then I checked the price online after coming home and was SHOCKED to see that the prices in this shop are at least 2.5 times to the original price. I can't even return it as they have no refund policy, they only give you store credit which again is a RIP OFF.

Do not buy perfumes at this store. The prices are 5 times what they normally are. I bought a $25 perfume for $120. DO NOT SHOP HERE, SAVE YOUR MONEYYY!!!!!

Wow....wife and I go into the store initially to buy her perfume, guy tells me if I want cologne than for the $89 bottle of cologne it would cost me $59 because we are buying two. So he tells me to try ''this one'' the newest and most popular cologne. Im like ok ya that's what I always do is ask what the newest is....ok so it smells nice and I take it, the newest most popular cologne......so I got it for $59....I got suckered, I go home to research the cologne, turns out its from 2015 and I can buy anywhere else online between $19-40CAD......that is BRUTAL of the store to be selling and taking advantage of their customers like that. I should have stodd there and looked it up quickly on my phone....wow shame on this store for doing this type business......and now I read other reviews of the same sh-t happen to them. NEVER again would I buy from this store, and this was literally like the 15th bottle my wife and I have got there....

I Purchased the perfume for my husband for Christmas and the girl told me that it was an upcoming perfume and it turned out to be a scam I paid $70 for $16 perfume . Then she wouldn’t take it back because I broke the seal but had she been honest with us in the beginning this wouldn’t of been a problem

Saleslady was nice, charming, and extremely good at sales - deceptive and dishonest sales tactic. She convinced me to buy Thallium Sport at a $10 discount of $59.99 and if I buy a second (Pure Couture ), she could sell that at a low price of $39.99, regularly $59.99 . I bought but researched Google later and found their regular prices are overly inflated. Therefore I paid too much. She also stamped the receipt as Final Sale just because she offered to discount the prices. Now I can't even take advantage of their exchange policy since Thallium reviews are very poor. I dont want to give this as a gift! I went in there asking for brand names but she steered me into these unknown cheapie fragrances where they can make the most sales margin. Don't shop at this store. Vaughn Mills is a reputable mall. They should be kicked out for deceptive marketing and outright lying to customers. Shopped Dec 13, 2017.

Very very unfriendly and rude staff, was asking about two or three brands and she was giving me the prices with the attitude that I'm going to get them for free, I was willing to buy more than one but then I said no I'll buy just one because I felt that I just wanna leave the store. After two minutes I came back saying I don't want it, she was like we don't refund she didn't bother herself to ask about the reason till I said I didn't feel happy being your customer with this bad attitude, and she kept saying we didn't do anything wrong and NO REFUND "for me the problem wasn't about money" I was a regular customer but from now on I'm willing to spend way more money in any different store that treat there customers as customers.
