Horrendous customer service. Delivered wrong fridge and had to argue for a refund. Stay away!!

We did our ridge research prior to visiting CAS in Vaughan. Jermaine, the sales rep, was very friendly and knowledgeable of his products. He was able to demonstrates the different depth size of the fridge and to explain the back log of fridge supplies so we know the delay of our delivery. Jermaine was able to help us find a competitive price on our fridge as well as explaining the warranty coverage. Jermaine is very professional and his friendly attitude to help us complete our purchase. Let’s hope our fridge will come sooner than expected!
