Ordered a pair of glasses August 5/22. Was called on August 23/22 that glasses are ready. Came on Aug 24 to be told that there was no technician to adjust the glasses & would need to come back. I live 2 hrs away and told them why didn’t they mention a technician didn’t work on Wednesday. I told them I would not come back and wanted a refund. They called Demitri at the Montreal store and he would come to the store. Had to wait 1 1/2 hr.
