After messaging OBAG on theur website and never receiving a response,I messaged them again on their Facebook page. They do not respond to my inquiries and I am not able to get proper service.The watch straps sometimes have a joint which causes them to separate and tear apart after many uses. This is because they are flexible and much be stretched onto the wrist.They do not have a buckle to connect and are prone to ripping apart. Be cautious.
