My appointment was at 12:20 today. I arrived at 12:12 and stood in line. At 12:32, staff called for the 12:30 client. My name was never called but the staff member said she had done so. This was a lie. My hearing is excellent. The young lady in front of me also said no one had called between the time I got there and 12:32. You need a better way to identify those clients who have appointments. Perhaps they could hold a small bright flag!

I had a lovely individual take my blood sample. She gave me a kit to drop off later. She said I didn't have to wait in line; just drop it at the counter. My sample had my name, address, birthdate, health card number and date of collection. The receptionist ripped open the envelope and asked for all that info. There was no simple dropoff! I told her the information was all in front of her. Yikes, excuse me for pointing out the obvious.

Checked in on line but when arrived there in person, they put me as walk in which I notices D when got in waiting area. Could not get a chance to talk to receptionist who did this as long line of people. Wasted 45 extra minutes because of this. Recorded this incident with samples collection person. Never went back to this location in over a year and a half. Poor service, not friendly at all...what is same at all medical clinics though. Government does not do anything.

I asked a simple question. “Will results get to the mri dept by Saturday as that is when I’m having an MRI and could it be labelled urgent. (this was Thursday at 10:30am) Was rudely told that he had no idea when it would get there and that it was rude of me to ask such a request as it was totally impossible. Never have I been treated with such disrespect. (I am thinking he may even deliberately delay results if he can.totally ruined my entire day. (Yes it was a male person at the registration desk)
