Very disappointed in the return policies and customer service received. Left a message for the manager Tyson and sales person chantel. Neither returned my calls for 2 weeks. I had to call again in order to talk to someone. This was the first room renovated in a 4 bedroom house. I will not be returning to Alexanian for my flooring needs.
