Greatest and cheapest pricing for beautiful area rugs, I couldn’t be happier with my six new and different rugs. I also scored some everyday white dishes with blue trim that compliments my good dishes. Not everything is in my taste but lots of excellent bargains to be found.

Overpriced garbage that other provinces or countries did not want. It's a "shit rolls down the hill" situation. It'crap that may work 20%, or it may last for 2 washes. It's the top store to buy for people who don't understand investment into a quality product will give you many years of use and enjoyment, if you only researched and paid a tiny bit more for it.

The Lethbridge location is filthy, staff says owners won't pay for cleaning the big warehouse! Merchandising spilling onto the floors and no staff around picking anything up.

On the weekend I went to Bianca's and bought a sheet set but when I went home and unpacked it, it was actually a duvet set. It my search for a queen set in a certain colour, in a totally disorganized section, I must have grabbed the wrong one. So on Monday I went back. I received a credit receipt. I wasn't going to get another set but at the last minute I did. Should have stuck to my original gut feeling. In opening up the set at home, I noticed a different texture and colour of 2 of the pillow cases. They were worn and had yellow stains! Totally disgusting! Went back the next day. I wanted a refund not a credit! The store is extremely dirty, disorganized and the supervisor was unconcerning to my situation. Exceptions to the rule can and should be made. This was not my problem but theirs in selling dirty used linens. Why would I want to exchange it for yet a third try or even go back to that store. Unfortunately, I had no choice but to accept the credit note unless I walked away and lost my money.
