So the salesperson miscalculated my measurements and after spending 800$ we have blinds that are too large and the others all are too small. I called them and they said she wrote this down u signed tough!!!!!!! We located our measurements and the sizes she wrote down do not make sense so as I thought what happened I remember her asking my measurements that I gave her was 50 and she keyed in 40 so because of this mistake by their own staff I’m out of money. The other she said she needed to take off sizes on what I measured and instead added. My blinds are too big to fit in the window by 3 inches hence her subtrtxna inch off each side and now yeah who likes flushing 800$ down and being told tough all sales final. Do not shop here I have gone online and received better service elsewhere and spentmore than 70 percent less that what blinds to go cost. Saving money because they messed up our order.
