I go to the Bosley's in Burquitlam BC for one reason and that is because of the lovely young lady that works there...her name is Paige...she is very personable, she remembers my name my dogs name...my dog loves her...she is very helpful and she knows everything about the products...I am a business owner myself and I would love to have her as my employee...she is a star.

We have started looking after our niece's dog when she is at work. He likes to eat his kibble out of a Kong. We purchased a Kong (for him at our house) on Mar 03/22. When I opened it, the opening looked bigger than the Kong she brings for him. I had purchased the wrong size (confirmed when she dropped him off the next day). When I tried to exchange it, I was told that the packaging was wrinkled and they would not exchange or refund. Zero stars
