No returns at all! Bought a Sony receiver and discovered loud popping sound when pausing Dolby Atmos content. The store in a rude way refused a return (it was 10 days after delivery) using Covid as an excuse. Note, that it wasn't just a "changed my mind" return request. The receiver had an issue which turned out to be a hardware bug in that particular model. So, thanks to the store I was basically stuck with a faulty receiver. Then, after 5 weeks of investigating the issue with Sony and their engineering team, Sony offered a refund. Although it'll take more than a month to process it. If it wasn't for Sony's customer service, I'd be completely out of luck. I'll never buy anything from bosssound again and will recommend anyone to stay away from them. I'd rather pay full price and get my equipment from reputable retailers with reasonable return policies.
