Today I had the greatest customer service I have received in a long time. I bought a pair of wipers and my husband was having difficulty installing them I phoned Canadian Tire Bedford and had the best experience the Manager of Automotive told me to bring my vehicle in I did and Jaden the young man indicated that one of the wipers was the incorrect type and corrected the problem all staff were more than courteous Great service

Visited the Bedford common store today - Covid 19 rules were not adhered to properly - two checkouts cause customers to be back to back physically bumping into one another - clearly management does not know about six feet apart!! Checkout girl lacked personality - only words uttered were the cost of what I was purchasing - total lack of effort and care by someone in customer service - might want to do a "personality check" when employing these children. Thank you.
