The girl in the Georgetown store is constantly on her phone and not attending to customers. This didn't just happen once, it's all the time. Not good for business.

Cambridge Mall store is a hodge podge of women's fashions for petite and large sizes. Lots of selection geared towards the mature women. Sales associate was conceited and judgmental towards me until I spoke up that her "it's too expensive" and "final saaaale" was patronizing and not useful. But that's her issue, probably an inferiority complex or really bad day lol. If you can look past the sassy staff, this is a decent store.

Today i went to the City Smart store in Cambridge Centre Mall. I requested to try on a dress and the clerk right away asked me what size was the dress. I didn't respond because I don't think it was any of her business. She asked me again and I told her. She looked at me and tilted her head and said "hmmm nope. but you can see." i was so extremely insulted that I gave her back the dress and told her I was completely disgusted by her. I was going to spend $300 on a dress I would have probably worn once. This old lady really needs to learn how to speak with customers. Shame on her.
