This is the third time in a row using this car wash that I have paid for a premium wash and it clearly is not doing even a mediocre job. My vehicle is not washed properly , soap and dirt residue all over and it spot free polish and rinse only does one side. I am fed up complaining to the gas bar about this and nothing changes. They won’t see another $15 of mine for a wash again, nor fill ups on gas. Terrible customer service. Going elsewhere!
