"Sorry, we are closed." I filed a complaint and sent it to the Costco service email address, but I checked every place to find a contact email where I could direct my concerns.

One of the big companies, but there is no contact information available to file a complaint. Therefore, I had to send it to the service email address. I don't know if the staff at the Costco on 91 St. understands the meaning of humanity. This evening, I went through a frustrating situation; the Costco staff wasted my time at the entrance and then inside the store, only to tell me, "Sorry, we are closed."
