I had my prescription and I ask to keep my own frame they said yes but the day they call to pick up my glasses, the frame was not my frame, they lost it but they charge me for the new one, and I don’t like it, so I won’t never recommend Costco for optical dept.

I had mistakenly ordered the wrong tire size at Costco.ca (label on the car door did not match the current rim size). I had a cross country drive coming up soon and Nazz in the tire department was kind enough to help me source the proper sized tires in my budget that could be delivered very quickly. 2 days later, the proper sized tires are installed and I feel much better about embarking on a long drive during the winter months!

The cashiers need to get on the same page with store policies. Today It was raining and I brought bags into the store like I always do. I shop, get to the cash and the male cashier gave me such a hard time that I could not use my bags. I said that’s ok, I don’t need you to bag my groceries I will do it... he insisted that I was not allowed by store policy. I look down the other cash registers and other people are bagging theirs! Frustrating.

Purchased new glasses at Costco optical last year, very nice, after one year frames started to come apart to point I could not wear them, took them into Costco, they were not able to provide any assistance. disappointing. Will not be purchasing again from Costco.

I had the misfortune to have a car fire in the parking lot of this Costco. I cannot say enough thanks to the manager and staff. They were wonderful, helpful, caring, generous. I thank everyone at Costco who helped me!
