In response for my request to return items that did not fit, this was the response: "Please note that the shipping cost for the replacement will be your responsibility. Also, please note that we do not have a physical store and are only available online. However, if you still prefer to return the item, we will of course respect that decision." “the return must be sent directly to our supplier in China.” "shipping cost will be $38.05.”
