I went to Oakville location yesterday and asked cashier to check if an item is on sale. I grabbed the item from sale collection and thought the item is missing sale sticker. The cashier gave me a look that was not pleasing and did not check if the item is on sale and send me back to the cutting desk to ask them to check. The impression was said I was lying about it being on sale. I didn't want the fabric to cut until I confirm the price.

On Tues 6-Jun-21, I visited the 2501 Hampsire Gate location. There was only a handful number of customers at 10:10AM (below the 22 limit. There's no one before/after me at the cutting table. However, the staff who served me was cold and did not even make eye contact. She acted as if I was disturbing her peace and quiet break! I will never visit this location ever again & will spend my hard-earned money somewhere else! Thank you & good bye.
