Order Dancing Duck May 18 with delivery est. 5/26-6/8 nothing yet. Tracking info is in Chinese. No way to telephonically make inquiries. Very disappointing. One person's comment is Fruugo is a scam!! Hope they are wrong.

It took about 2 weeks past delivery date to receive.product is to small, trying to return but no one will give me an answer on how. No shipping label was sent with item.

Aucun service clientèle. On peut commander en français mais personne ne peut Chatter en français. Très mauvaise expérience de service clientèle. Décevant!
