On George Street this summer... Through out the covid-19 pandemic every one has been struggling at first to figure out the correct procedures during this difficult time. Loblaws and other stores chose to keep the bathroom open and to maintain a more regular cleaning regime; while others did not. I approached one of your staff and gently asked what the procedure is and if the bathroom is available at all. The older Latino lady smirked at me and started laughing. Then the person in question literly turned to another costumer and began trying to mock me. The other customer actually was a bit taken aback and I seriously needing a bathroom due to a health issue lost my cool with her and did threaten her. Seeing as crazy old dogs need jobs too I totally forgive this sour attitude. She probably doesn't know how to deal with fear and this year has been a horror show for her more so than anyone else. On Donald Street... I tried your Donald Street store for awhile since the two of your stores were equal distance from my house since the bathroom incident. And I found that at the check out this store didn't have a set of rules for the checking out...first incident a customer screamed at me then my next visit the cashier decided to inforce the opposite of what the consumer screamed at me for...this last incident is not actually the stores fault but its left me sensitive and tip toey on my shopping trips. Loved your stores-hated the drama of COVID-19 season, best wishes for the next year.
