I have returned adult Joe Fresh clothing purchased online in Goderich for over 7 years. Yesterday, I was told that the Goderich Joe Fresh only sells children's clothes so there is nothing they can do with adult returns. I was humiliated and treated like I was trying to take advantage of the store. I have never been told that with my numerous previous returns. A sign should be posted to inform customers of the policy! I will mail in my returns.

Joe Fresh, is a true reflection of a communities needs. The quality, styles, selection and price cannot be beat. I always come out with a smile unless they have run out on something that I was trying to find. Like today, a pair of green jeans with zipper down the front pockets.... really cute, comfortable fit and quality material. I checked all stores but they are sold out! I am not surprised. Keep up the good work.

I shop at the Real Canadian Superstore on Walker Rd. In Windsor On. April 04,2018. I purchased $81.34 worth of merchandise at the bottom of my receipt it says get 25% off at joefresh.com/offerdetails Use code: Joe25. I went to the joe fresh site and was both frustrated and disappointed with it. All I could see was that you had to buy more clothing online and then you would get a discount there was no discount rebate for the amount already paid. The receipts given should make this clearer. (25% off future purchases) My time has been wasted.
