I’d give them a big fat ZERO stars if I can. The worst store I’ve dealt with in my whole life!! I ordered a TV in in December 2nd and it was supposed to be ready to pick up within 2 weeks, yet it’s February 14 today and still haven’t gotten it! I called them 3 times (once in every month) and every time they tell me the same lies that the order will be ready in the middle of the month (I believe they teach them to say this to all customers). Last time I called, I told the girl in the other line that I’d like to refund my money because I don’t wanna wait for the TV anymore, I wanna buy it from any decent store like Best buy or Walmart for example). And she became angry and told me that they don’t refund money to their customers and I can’t cancel the order!! And in very rude and mean tune, she told me that there is nothing that I can do to cancel the order or refund the money!!! Now I’m stuck in the middle, neither I have my TV nor I can take back my money to buy another one. Very horrible experience, I hope they close this store FOREVER!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER WITH THEM AND THEIR DUNDAS STORE LOCATION. We ordered a sofa set 4 peices in September 2020. I got the delivery in Nov 2020 and it was damaged.I refused the delivery. Since then I am still waiting for the sofa set. I get calls for incomplete peices and that I can get 1 or 2 peices out of 4 pieces. And every month they are changing ETAs and telling me now delivery will be next month. It's been going on since last November. I ordered furniture from other stores also imported everything came on time and without any damage. Going to bad boy and ordering furniture was my biggest mistake and unfortunate. I don't recommend this store . They are not giving my money back and changing the delivery dates to next months . They are scamming as they pug all the clauses in contrast in their favour... I am asking my money back as they keep on offering me incomplete sofa set and delaying tactics...Dont recommed to anyone...pls refrain from shopping at this store...Its a nightmare shopping with them
