turn to enter and he was very aware of us too but holds me back when my spouse enters the door. At that point I just laughed and snapped a photo of him and shouted at my spouse that "I'll wait around the corner." Even though he smiled on the photo, he comes back around the corner to ask me what that was all about at which point I told him I just needed a picture to post on FB of THE ONLY LCBO and just business in general that are still open in London that act that unprofessional with this COVID 19 pandemic. He immediately feels threatened and threatens me that I will get charged if I post that pic on FB and then takes out his own phone and says; since we're sharing pictures; and snaps a picture of me. Meanwhile, this entire time he stands not even 3 feet away from me and I had to tell him at least 3 times to back off, whiluse his "authority". I stood outside for 30 minutes and in about 20 minutes I counted 6 people leaving and he allowed 2 people to enter. That's 20 minutes, 6 out and 2 in and he did that whenever he felt like it. After 25 minutes and nobody else had left, he suddenly decides to authorize 4 more people to enter at once and I was the second one in line after that.... This place is the perfect example of taking advantage of this pandemic and this "security" guard is the perfect example of what we DO NOT want in our police force. He can not even handle volunteer authority at the LCBO. What's he gonna do, should he ever get a badge!?

April 8, 2020, Waited in line outside with my spouse for 1/2 hour within the 6-foot marker (due to the coronavirus) in a line up of 30 customers, when this blonde/ginger manager? approached us rudely and demanded that we separate. You can hold hands, snuggle, kiss and even make babies together but this (manager?) will NOT allow you to go in together to shop. She made some sort of statement that it did not take 2 customers to make 1 purchase. she did this not just to us but to other couples as well. I will do EVERYTHING I CAN to avoid this place, as long as this woman works there. I would rate this place at -5 if the option was available and this a review of a customer with a LONG, LONG history with this place
