We purchased our couches in the beginning of September this year. The sales rep at the time says they will arrive in about 6 weeks. We got a call by the rep in October, promising we will receive them by the end of the month. By middle of November, we tried reaching out to Leon's to get an update. I emailed them twice with the email address provided on the sales invoice. Not one response from them. When I called in, they said their Internet is down and put me on hold for over 15 minutes. Finally, one of the customer service representatives answered and said they see the delivery will be by end of November. It is now December and we have yet to hear from them. I called them again today and the lady who answered the phone was not helpful at all, will not check the system for the status of our order as she claimed she didn't know how to do so and could only write down the message for us.
