after searching everywhere, we found that the Burlington store had the gazebo we wanted. live 3 hours away, called and gentleman in department went and checked and said yep, we have 3 here. told me he'd put a purple sticker on it with my name. I then found a friend who lives in the area to pick up. I ordered immediately after that call and now being told there are none. They canceled my order. We almost drove 3 hours with a 10 and 7 year old!!

Just spent 4 hours trying to place an order online through the store in Burlington. When I type in my address it says it can’t deliver there. Which it can and always has. I tried calling customer service but no answer all day long. Now my online order is gone. Guess I have to start again on an incredibly slow and confusing website. There goes my day off. Sure would be great to speak to someone. Guess they’re all on lunch breaks or hiding in the toilet stalls. As usual.
