purchased a mitre saw - didn't work properly - went to return or exchange it - manager told me I didn't know how to use it properly and there was nothing wrong with it - I'm a contractor with more than 25 years experience - not my first rodeo or mitre saw - he preferred to argue than listen to understand the problem . Couldn't have done a worse job. I will never shop at this dump again.

Do yourself a favour and stay away from this store, if you are looking for prompt or half decent service.Called ahead of time to see if my ordered item would be available for pickup. Yes. Just come to curbside pickup and call us. We did, and we waited. Appeared that at 3:15 there was one person servicing curb side. 30 minutes later, after second call to them , we were told only 5 more minutes. In that time 2 other customers drove away disgusted , due to zero service. Since when is it okay to have a customer wait 45 minutes to pick up an item that they said would ready?! Manager Chris didn't seem overly concerned. Home Depot wait was 5 minutes! YOU CHOOSE. Lost 2 customers for life.

I am one of the business owners in London Ontario. I deal with other stores and recently I saw a big store open in London called Lowes. My first purchase there was that I went to apply for a contractor card and my first shop that was there was over $1200 dollars. It was a gas stove they told us there is free delivery and they gave me 5% for opening my first card and I was happy. Then they said delivery will be Friday between 10 am to 12 am. Because my stove is gas I have to call somebody to disconnect the pipelines. I payed over $100 so the contractor can do it. Then I received a call from the store and they said they are not going to come today and come today and come on Saturday. They cancelled the day they were supposed to come on Friday. On the mean time, I threw my stove away. I have a large family and had no stove for that day. Then I refused for Saturday and I went to the store to return my money back for $1200. I asked to speak with the manager there then he give me no satisfaction. The manager was like a stone who did nothing. So my message for Lowes is to buy nothing from them and their service is really bad. The manager is not professional and has no knowledge. It is the manager that works in the day time.
