Three months ago I paid Luxury Hair at Mayfair Mall $162 for a brand new wig. After I paid they took the dirty wig from the shelf to give to me. I asked for a brand new wig only to be told their policy is to sell the wigs from the shelf. After much arguing through their brutal and disempowering policies, we finally agreed they would order me a new one. After three months of not hearing from them, I finally called last week and spoke with manager Hannah. She advised I could come to the store to have my money refunded. Apparently both the managers Hannah & Chelsea are at a conference and have no trained staff available to offer a refund. They say I must wait for their return in THREE WEEKS. They then advised their staff to call security on me to leave the store. Beyond brutal treatment and disgusting customer service. Giving one star is one too many.
