I started going to the Brentwood, Calgary location late 2017 and initially the sessions with Rocko were great, BUT, when he left I had nothing but poor therapists posing as fully qualified and experienced RMTs. They even had the nerve to give me a student once, so of course I could not claim the visit on insurance, and yet I paid full price. I had my last massage May 17 and gave them a membership monthly payment cancellation form, but they are still charging me three months later. Their latest trick seems to be that I did not actually cancel as I had to speak to one of their specific staff members, give me a break! They are also abusing their staff, with unreasonable hours, no overtime, and poor management. Do yourself a favour and stay away!!!!
