I understand, you need to save money as much as possible. But having friendly cashiers shouldn't be that hard. Saturday morning, cash #2 8:45 am. I was the first customer at her cash. I arrived with a big smile ( was so happy to finally have a cash I can unload my products) . The lady had a so bad attitude (she really didn't like to be there) I backed up and went to the cash #1, even if I had to wait more in line. Was thinking to leave the full cart there and go to Super C or IGA. But didn't want to redo my grocery. That's the last time I will go to Maxi. You want to disrecpect your customers by not filling the tablet when closed (Had to do slalom between employees putting products in empty tablet). By not opening enough cash and force us using the self service cash. And by having one of the 2 opened cash register with very unpleasant old lady. Sorry, you just lost my business.
