J ai acheté la fin de semaine du black Friday. On devait livrer la semaine suivante, quelques jours plus tard, on m a dit que la livraison serait le 25 décembre. J ai téléphoné aujourd hui. La livraison est repoussée au 30 janvier. Deux mois après avoir acheté si on me livre les articles le 30 janvier. A suivre.... Je n achèterai plus jamais chez RD. C est sûr.

Don't buy from this company. Bought a mattress, supposed to be delivered on May 9th. Paid the mattress full price as well as 60$ + tax for delivery. On the morning it is supposed to be delivered, I get a call from a delivery guy saying there was a mix-up and another truck will come deliver it that day. They mark it as delivered on their end. Never received the mattress. Called over 20 times the next day, no one is able to tell me where my mattress is or even give me a date when it will be delivered. They keep saying they will call me back or bouncing around departments no one wants to take responsibility. On top of it they refuse to cancel the order or refund. Absolutely pathetic and unbelievable. Either they are thieves or completely incompetent, either way they don't deserve a dollar of anyone's business.

After buying a bed and of course getting rid of the old one to install the new one, 10 hours before delivery I was told they don't have my bed. Support, supposed to be opened 7 days a week unreachable. I will NEVER buy from this company again!

We bought more than $20K in furniture and 3 days after I wanted to cancel 3 items and get refund. They told me no refund it's a final sale. During all the sale process NO ONE told us it's was a final sale or I would never bought from them.

Produit et service après vente très décevant! Aucun remplacement, réparation ou remboursement de mon électroménager neuf (Garantie 1 an et seulement 6 mois d'utilisation). Je vous déconseille fortement un achat dans ce magasin. Après discussion avec plusieurs département différent de la compagnie, je suis maintenant dans l'obligation d'appeler l'office de la protection du consommateur et d'aller aux petites créances ensuite...

I ordered my table on November 3rd, they moved my delivery date twice. Now it will not be in until December 27th. They cannot provide me with a tracking number or tell me where my table is.. I am requesting a refund, we shall see how that goes. Wayfair delivers in 2 to 3 days, will not order from this company again.
