I ordered a Xbox series x bundle from Microsoft , through on line purchase, the game and controller arrived safely , the console was re-routed to a FedEx pick up location and at that point my console was given to a person committing fraud, I don’t know if it was a breach from my Microsoft account or FedEx account but Microsoft made me feel like the criminal and not the victim!! I’m so disappointed, I paid $599.99 plus tax and I have no Xbox X

I made multiple attempts to purchase a Microsoft surface 8 pro directed by their sales reps. Due to their incompetence my account got banned furthermore, the rep informed to you create another acct which I did I was still banned all due to their pure incompetence and stupidity. Worse customer service ever!!!

I have stopped getting any emails except from Microsoft. I can't find online help unless I have an email account to communicate with me. I haven't got a working email account. That's why I'm looking for help. No damn stores, no phone number, no damn help.
