I went to the Brampton location on Steeles Ave & had the pleasure of meeting TIM. He is a perfect example of excellent service delivery. Tim is very pleasant, professional, patient & extremely helpful. I picked up a few pairs of shoes but there was one that was misplaced & TIM practically turned the store upside down to find it (despite that he had other customers attending to)....I left my number in case it was found & sure enough TIM called to say he found it & will hold it for me until I could pick it up. I even got a discount! I have since made purchases at this location & all the staff has been very helpful & polite. Keep up the good work TIM!
