(1/5) Store not honoring Scanning Code of Practice

Earlier this week (Aug 2019), I was in the store at 154 Ave and 97 St, Edmonton. Cheez Whiz scanned at $7.47 when shelf price said $6.97. I pointed out the discrepancy and cashier changed it after doing a price-check, but Supervisor that overrode the correction wouldn't give the item for free ( as Code of Practice on their door states). She said code only apllies if error isn't caught until after I leave the store and have to come back. That is not how the Code reads or how any other store interprets it. She refused to give me the item for free. Not impressed with the store or the supervisor's customer service skills!
