Why would or could anyone support these stores after what he has done. Glad to see his store in Wpg is shut down .

I do not live in London but go by there on the way to Sarnia. I stopped at the Nygard store and bought a few things, one ended up being too small. I tried to exchange the item the next time I went by, a month later. They had the item in the larger size and my item had all the tags and I had the receipt. The clerk said it is outside 14 days, no supervisor is there, come back tomorrow. I stated I only wanted to exchange it for the item that was there and that I do not live there so I cannot come back tomorrow. She restated her line, essentially saying too bad, there was no attempt to listen or remedy the situation. Really poor.
