The store Manager in Espanola, Ontario should not be working with the public. She didn't like something I said, after shopping there for 5 years, so she took away my store credits. I won't shop there unless I get my points back!! She also was overheard being extremely rude to a young girl who worked there and I later found out that poor girl quit because the Manager publicly humiliated her. Not good for this company whatsoever!

My son and I were in Moose Jaw so on New Year’s Day and looking for a cat tree. We were lucky that a young lady with brown hair and a fantastic knowledge helped us and new what she was taking about . She spent time and explained and showed the difference . I should have got her name but man she’s a 10 star valuedemployee....I have not had a customer experience like that since last summer . Thank you . !!!!!!⭐️

Omg if there could be a negative star I would give it. We shop at Pet Value everywhere, guess we’re going to Pet Smart instead. The manager at this stor is a miserable woman. She was sweeping the sidewalk in front of the store while I was in my BMW, she hit my car at 4 times with her broom. I politely asked her not and to be careful and she lost it on me saying it’s my fault and that I’m an ingnorant person.... wow ... someone really has the Christmas spirit. Think she’s like yogurt.... past her best before date. Wow - holy miserable woman Batman! Stay away run far away. I’m never shopping there and will tell my friends the same
