I placed an order on October 26, 2020. By November 15, I still hadn't received any shipping confirmation or tracking number, so I sent an email to ask about its status. No one answered by November 18, so I emailed again, and again on November 19. I finally heard back on that date when an unidentified Customer Service representative apologized for the delay and provided me with a Purolator tracking number. The tracking number doesn't work; as of today, November 25, the website indicates "there were no results returned for your search." I have sent seven (7) more emails since November 19, and I have tried to reach Customer Service four (4) times by Facebook Messenger and twice on Twitter. I received no further correspondence.
