Wanted to buy a piece of equipment for my husband for Christmas. I wanted to ensure it was the type he wanted so asked a customer service person the question which she didn't know. She took me to some old cranky guy working at a bench in the hydraulic area of the store and man was he a jackass. He was grumpy and rude and sarcastic. The store lost a quick, easy $500 sale today because of grumpy old guy, congratulations.
