Since covid the robins on confederation drive has closed at 6 o’clock and yet when Regina all locations are closed later there? But my biggest complaint in all of this is the numerous times that I have been there 10 to 15 minutes before 6 and they tell me they’ve already thrown out the coffee or nobody answers at the order screen and while driving past the window seeing the employee hiding off to the side.

I have routinely bought coffee/donuts/newspaper every morning from Robin's Donuts for 25 years. I have noticed a significant DECLINE in quality of the baked foods offered over the last 2 to 3 years and am told it is cut-backs from Robins Donuts head office. This is a huge mistake - people are not stupid - your cutbacks are not the way to increase business, but much rather a certain and quick way for customers to go elsewhere. Day Old/2 Day Old baked goods taste like that - OLD and NOT FRESH. The coffee is still very good, but the BAKED GOODS are bad. Its not too late to fix it, but the writing is on the wall - foisting crummy food on customers is a colossal MISTAKE.
