Terrible online ordering system. Items show in stock then email confirmation after you pay says it will be delayed more that a week. I’ve waited a week and a half now. I can be super patient, and understanding that things are different now but when the staff seem annoyed and are huffing at every question I have and cutting me off, that makes me not so happy with the service not yet received. Once this order comes in Rona will no longer exist to me. Too bad because it’s quite a convenient location for me. I will gladly spend my money at your competitors store that values there customers.

Awful telephone service, no help at all with online order that hasn’t come in yet(very late) online order process is terrible, appears to have stock and then sends you an email after you pay saying it will be delayed. Past the delayed date already with no new updated eta.
