Shopping at Rona recently my son and received the best of care. The staffs in the flooring departments,paint, outdoor furniture and checkout lady were so kind and patient. Their experience and expertise with their products was wonderful. I just want to say a thank you for a great experience, warm personalities and fun memories created on a fact finding mission and an afternoon of making friends at the West End store in Edmonton. Brava!! Bravo!!

My visit to Rona Macleod , 96 ave, The row of display garden sheds in the parking lot are inhabited by homeless people. Did not feel it was safe to leave my vehicle there. I parked at Walmart . The man pulling his pants up , I assume was going to the bathroom. The young lady with the red hair went into the store and purchases some plastic hose from the plumbing section.Is there security or video security for this parking area ?

Cheers to the building staff at Rona Penicton they are cool smart professional we cancelled a shed order no problem cancelled a order for timber ect no problem admit I was a pain changed my mind ect but the staff at Rona served me so good I thank them truly will always shop at Rona great store fantastic people Warmest regard and CHEERS.

Ordered Shingles two weekends in a row and still did not receive any, very disappointed in their service, I just prefer to not go there anymore

Today, I went to Rona in the Richmond location. Austin was the staff member that helped my family and I during our visit. He was extremely helpful and friendly which led to a great customer experience!

for 12 years: I have had the nothing but great service/a friendly smile and fun chats. I have not once been disappointed in the colors she mixes and her advice has saved me tons of headache. If she is not working on a day i need paint-i will wait for her to be on shift. She is my first choice for paint girl!
