Cheers to the building staff at Rona Penicton they are cool smart professional we cancelled a shed order no problem cancelled a order for timber ect no problem admit I was a pain changed my mind ect but the staff at Rona served me so good I thank them truly will always shop at Rona great store fantastic people Warmest regard and CHEERS.

Ordered Shingles two weekends in a row and still did not receive any, very disappointed in their service, I just prefer to not go there anymore

Today, I went to Rona in the Richmond location. Austin was the staff member that helped my family and I during our visit. He was extremely helpful and friendly which led to a great customer experience!

for 12 years: I have had the nothing but great service/a friendly smile and fun chats. I have not once been disappointed in the colors she mixes and her advice has saved me tons of headache. If she is not working on a day i need paint-i will wait for her to be on shift. She is my first choice for paint girl!
