i am told they dont have change, as your one employee said it is 'tips' so no, this is illegal and a theft of my money i expect this to be dealt with.

garbage service, deli department refused to give me my 10$ change until i dealt with 3 different staff for 10 minutes. departments are often vacant with staff giggling and running around in back ignoring customers.

It's store policy to give customers items that don't scan for free but the cashier told me she isn't allowed to do that because management forbids it. I also saw multiple rats during my time here
