The store manager was rude, screamed at the me in front of other customers. I'm a long standing Solomon fan, was buying exclusively Solomon Shoes in the last 5 years, never expected such treatment. Spoke with top managers and suddenly discovered that company do not compensate customers for such experiences, no in-store credit, no discounts, not even notification for promotional deals. Business as usual at Solomon. Great products but the company culture couldn't care less about little guys who spend their hard earned money in their stores.
