I am a frequent shopper at the store and have never experienced a problem. However,Dec.8th I booked appts. on line for my husband and I booster shots. Received verification as well as reminder notices. Arrived on time Dec. 10th to find the shot area packed. There was no record of our appt. Fortunately had it on my phone for verification. Had to wait ONE hour. The nurse and clerk were a wreck. Very disappointing!!!!
