Following my cardiac surgery yesterday, the hospital faxed my prescription to this pharmacy to be picked up ASAP. However, when I called 24 hours later, I was told it still is not ready. When I questioned the delay, she shot back rudely by saying they’re too busy and have to prepare 400 prescriptions. I then told her I’ll get it from another pharmacy — she then said that’s fine and hung up on me. I guess my prescription wasn’t important.

Vera is not only a nice person, but she is also a top-notch professional. She is extremely attentive and also very helpful. She is extremely fast and efficient in doing her job. She is always on-point. My wish would be that everyone anywhere (especially those who are providing any services) would be just like Vera. Way to go, Vera! Keep up the great work for many years to come!
