I can't say enough about the Lethbridge store. The Manager & the staff are the best. I take a larger size & since your store started getting in XXL sizes S&J's is my go to store to shop for clothing. The clothing is good quality & the majority are made in Canada. We lost our Sears store & I don't even go near the Bay anymore (way too expensive) since I discovered S&J's. If you haven't been to a Suzanne & Jenny's store do so you wont be sorry.

Dear Bev, rather than thinking solely about yourself, do you think the store clerk may have been offended by your comment? While I understand it's a common saying in Nfld, the reality is you're in BC not Nfld. As the saying goes, when in Rome, do as the Romans do. Thing is, you're not in Rome. I think if someone politely asks us not to refer to them in a particular manner, then we should respect their wishes, right??

I went to your store in Sidney,B.C..I am from Nlfd. living in B.C. since 1985 and still have my accent.When the clerk was helping me (I don't even realize I say it)I called her my darlin as we do back there around the bay.She asked me to please not call her that.I was highly offended .I said have you ever been to Nfld. she informed me she had been to Nova Scotia.I bought the article of clothing which I now intend on returning as I have never been treated so poorly in my Life.It ruined my day.I left the store ready to cry.I am in the customer service industry and my customers are first.I actually found it to be a racist remark.I will never shop there again..
