Over the past one year on 3 separate occasions I have attended this particular branch in Fenelon Falls. The purpose was to return empties and purchase beer. Each time I encountered the same employee. He did not appreciate that returns were being brought in. The returns were counted and in clear bags and most of the cans were crushed for the purpose of saving space. The numbered bags were placed where he directed me to place them. One of the bags I had temporarily placed on the floor. As he proceeded from behind the counter he complained bitterly stating clearly the time of store closure He kicked the only bag which I had set on the floor. The bag slid approximately 3 feet and he was grumbling about how much more work this was causing him to do before he could leave for the evening. This clerk was very rude and has not respect for customers coming in to the Fenelon Falls location This is the 3rd incident I encountered with him. This man should NOT be dealing with the public
