My husband and I ordered in October and was told that it will be in the warehouse by nov 9 or 10. We never got a call from them, i left a message and never got a call back and when they finally did, we were told that it will be delayed. Waited again.... and guess what??? Its been a month! We still dont have it!! They keep telling us that it will be for sure on this day but they never even bother calling in advance to let the customers know!!!!! Just horrible! The worst brick ive been to! Dont be deceived by the “friendliness” as soon as the orders are placed they will forget about you. This doesnt even deserve a one star! Cant write a review on google! Seems like they removed the write a review section. Apparently im not the only one waiting!!!
