The worst service ever! Purchased a TV as a Christmas gift. Was delivered by mid-December. TV was not a suitable size. Was told by the Manager “Bryce” that there was a 7 day return policy with no exceptions, despite Christmas or COVID Code Red. No offer for exchange or store credit, just troo bad, so sad. What a horrible way to do business. I am shocked and dismayed and I highly caution anyone considering The Brick. The manager has no professional etiquette, never returned calls, and truly didn’t give a hoot. There are other retailers out there. Message to others - read the negative reviews, not just the 5 star reviews they put at the top of the list. There are themes here about poor customer service and there are many with very valid and concerning reviews. I wish I had read them first.
